Ducking for Teachers was started by Allison Parliament, the Creator of Duck Duck Jeep in Ontario, Canada. After a crazy experience at the beginning of the pandemic, she wanted to spread kindness and took a tiny rubber duck, left it on a Jeep and got caught doing it. And a movement began. Her organization helps spread kindness and positivity by granting educators money for school supplies.
